Naruto: Tenchi Bridge Reconnaissance Mission Arc Review

Image
Hello my comrades, it's a nice day or night- whatever time you are reading this. Today we talk about one of the OG TV shows, Naruto Shippuuden. I know, I know, you've seen it 500 times and you are tired of it. Well, some of us didn't finish and we forgot where we got to so we had to start all over again. Deal with it. Recently I posted my thoughts on the fight between Sakura and Sasori. Go check it out if you haven't seen it. Please watch out for SPOILERS if you haven't seen these parts yet. IKUZOR!! So I finished watching the Tenchi Bridge Reconnaissance Mission Arc and…damn, not a dull moment in this arc. Let's start with the politics that was shown before this particular mission began. Personally I hate politics. I hate the fact that people who have no idea about the outside world get to make decisions affecting people in the outside world. Such people are loosely termed as cake eaters. That's what these village elders portrayed- pure hypocrisy. It took T...

Food Wars: Review

Image
Did someone say food? Oh, I thought I heard someone mentioned food- because I love food. I mean, who doesn't? Lol. What's good geng? Anyone realised compared to the previous Januaries, this one is moved quite fast? I come your way with another anime I finished watching (at least the first season of it). And it’s no other than the most exotic show I have personally watched so far; ladies and gentlemen: Food Wars. Be sure you’re not hungry when watching this show. Please watch out for SPOILERS. Without further ado, IKUZOR!!! Food Wars is the first non-action anime show I have watched so far but it does feel like one because although there are no hands thrown, these mur'fuckers do be fighting. This show is about a boy, Soma Yukihira who enrolls in one of the best and elite culinary schools to become a full time chef and surpass his father’s cooking skills. In doing so, he must face and battle some of the world’s best chefs to prove himself and hone his cooking skills. Pretty b...

Hunter X Hunter: Greed Island Arc Review

Image
So, in the beginning of the year, I made a mistake of finishing up two arcs and one whole season of anime at the same time and that meant 3 posts to be produced and a whole lot of typing to do (thank God I like typing). Funny thing is, I still have two more shows to finish at the same time, and that means more typing for me (Thank God I quit my job). Today I talk about one of my favorite shows I am watching at the moment- Hunter X Hunter. Do well to watch out for SPOILERS and without further ado... IKUZOR!!! Hunter X Hunter is about a very young boy- Gon Freecss- who embarks on a mission to train himself to become a hunter. He also searches for and reunites with his father who is not only alive, but also an accomplished hunter. The arc for today’s topic is the Greed Island arc. This arc is the fourth arc in the Hunter X Hunter show and personally I think this is the least entertaining. Greed Island is a game that was originally created by Gon's father Ging. It’s supposed to be for ...

BLEACH Arrancar: The Arrival Arc Review

Image
In honor of the Thousand-Year Blood war arc and the fact that Bleach is one of the animes I am watching at the moment, I have decided to dedicate my first post of the year to Bleach. What’s good, geng? I hope y'all had a happy new year? Some of us don't really fret a lot on holidays but we've made it this far and we are thankful. As an avid anime person (even though I  haven't seen a lot), Bleach is the most difficult anime I happen to be watching. Difficult to watch in the sense that it takes me more energy to watch Bleach than to watch Naruto or even Food Wars. Don't get me wrong, this is a great show and it does have its moments but it is hard to watch. Also please watch out for SPOILERS. Anyway with that being said… IKUZOR! Today we talk about Bleach Arrancar: The Arrival arc. This arc started off pretty interestingly with a nice surprise. For the first time in a long time we are briefly taught that Ichigo's father is way more than what we are used to seeing...

Black Clover: Royal Capital Assault Arc

Image
Hey there fam, once again here I am with another piece to make noise about. And today, we are back on that Black Clover action. Not long ago, I wrote about my first impressions on this show and that was based on the first 5 episodes. I knew I had a long way to go. Now I am almost 30 episodes in, which means I am done with the Royal Capital Assault Arc. I come bearing something sweet. IKUZOR. For starters, there isn't much to this arc, a bunch of terrorist group attack the royal capital in search of a particular item. Before that, in the beginning we are introduced to some of the captains of the magic knights and some of the members of different squads and if we are being honest, it's not like I am going to know all those people but I just thought it was nice to let them be known. Now back to these terrorists, they are a group of people who call themselves “Eye Of The Midnight Sun” (which is actually a lame ass name if you ask me). They start off by dispersing themselves and att...

Jujutsu Kaisen

Image
What’s good weebs? Been a minute since my last post. Or has it? I don't really know; a week been feeling like month to me these days. I hope y'all have had a great whatever time period it has been. So, I finally finished watching Jujustu Kaisen after God knows how many months now. It's amazing how many months it took me to watch a 24-episode anime, makes me wonder how long it will take me to watch One Piece. Anyways, I finished it and now I will proceed to talk about it with you guys. Before I continue, you people should know that some of us anime watchers (me in particular) do not read any form of manga or light novels. At all. Like ever. Everything is based solely off the anime shows. With that being said, let’s get right into it. IKUZOR. Today, I talk about one of the most popular anime right now-Jujutsu Kaisen-and I'm pretty sure, no very sure most of y'all have seen it. If you haven't, you should. Unless you are into romantic/slice of life type anime shows ...

Naruto: Sakura vs Sasori.

Image
What’s up people? Been a minute. I know I know, I had to get my stuff together before I dropped this piece and that meant watching all 7 episodes of this particular part in Naruto (7 episodes is a very long journey for me okay cut me some slack). And yes, today we are talking about Naruto Shippuden. OG things. I had heard a lot of noise and seen memes about a fight where Sakura had merc’d an Akatsuki member. Now when I heard this, "I thought damn my girl has got her grove now and ain’t no way she is getting bossed around again".  Before we get into this, yes, I recently started watching shippuden and all I can say for myself is; it’s not my fault. Sometimes you see a 500 episode anime and it makes you panic. But I do know a lot about it than you might think. Without further ado, IKUZOR.  First of all, if you have not seen Naruto you are either a hater (mostly DBZ hard core fans), a non anime person (I don’t know what you are doing here but thank you for being here) or even th...
